Tom is passionate about blockchain and startups. He led LaunchPad, one of Canada's largest technology incubators while overseeing hundreds of new ventures that raised more than $100MM in startup capital, several of which were acquired or accepted to YCombinator.

Mary Acocella is a business and product development specialist who has held senior positions with Hexo Corp., Loblaw Brands Limited and Spin Master Ltd.

As VP Global Markets, Mary leads our in-market tactical activities, specializing in business development, planning and implementation. In addition, she leads the consulting services team in the areas of trading, new product development, logistics and regulatory certification.

Tiago Zamponi is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in leadership, business development, and strategic management. As the General Manager for the Latin American (LATAM) region, he oversees crucial operations, spearheads growth initiatives, and cultivates strong relationships with clients and partners.

Tiago earned his law degree in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he contributed to legal matters, ensured compliance, mitigated risks, and effectively resolved disputes. He drove key accounts at HEXO, a leading Canadian cannabis company known for innovative products, and as National Sales Director at Molecule, where he was instrumental in driving market share and revenue in new product categories.

Oren Rosenfeld brings a wealth of experience to his role as CFO at Conversance, with a distinctive background in both publicly-traded and private companies within the high tech, blockchain and real estate sectors. Oren has a multi-faceted expertise that spans fundraising, financial management, compliance, and legal affairs.

His achievements include successfully fundraising for cutting-edge technology companies, overseeing relocations to drive cost efficiencies, and managing impactful investment rounds and acquisitions.

Oren is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting, Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Ehud (Udi) Margalit is a former senior Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer and company director who led business initiatives in the oil and gas industry (exploration, production, refining, trade and retail), energy, civil infrastructure and international trade sectors, at Oil Refineries Ltd. and other international groups. He is a former founder and manager in the accounting industry.

Dr. Margalit is a CPA with a B.A. and M.A. in economics and Ph.D. in business administration. He was a member of two Israeli Economics faculties.

Jason Georgiou has more than 20 years of experience working in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Canada, from CAD of piping for the oil and gas industry, to overseeing product lines for hardware and products for the vape industry, from concept to prototype to brand development to product launch and marketing.
